I have attached a screenhot about the problem.it doesn't show a reason option.Because of this it will not allow to submit my cancel request. 4 years agoI am trying to get my Yi and Yi Iot cameras on the same subscription. I do not want just a Yi Iot subscription. I am not sure if I cancelled or not as I am still in trial period. How do I make sure I cancelled?
