I have been trying to overcome problems I have with your shambolic delivery method. For instance, in the last week there was no delivery of the Herald on 15th,16th and 19th. On 19th, the Weekend Australian was delivered. I have never subscribed to this paper and I don't want it. This is typical of what I have been complaining about for several weeks. The papers are being left outside Castle Ridge Retirement Resort Palisander Place gate. I have on several occasions reminded you of your statements that the papers will be delivered to "your home or door" .We arranged to have them delivered to the foot of the path to our unit (#417). This has not happened for weeks. You records should have details of the arrangement. Despite all of my attempts to overcome this situation nothing has changed. I conclude that I have been given the shunt. Therefore, I am reluctantly forced to ask that my subscription be cancelled forthwith. Sincerely Len Rooney 02 8850 5119
