I am a senior citizen using Android phone which is already having an installed ES File Explorer app and today by mistake I have clicked the register button and registration completed for premium VIP membership which is of Life Time which I was not aware that is a payment membership and immediately wanted to cancel but there is no option whatever you have suggested and this app is not available in the Google Play Store as well to cancel my subscription . I have sent an email to them to cancel as it's difficult for me to pay the amount which I am not using or using its services so kindly help
