Cancel 1Contacts Pro Subscription

Note before cancelling:

1. The developer of 1Contacts Pro is Roxwin Vietnam Technologies Company Limited and all inquiries go to them.
2. Check the Terms of Services and/or Privacy policy of Roxwin Vietnam Technologies Company Limited to know if they support self-serve subscription cancellation:

3. Always cancel subscription 24 hours before it ends.

🌐 Cancel directly via 1Contacts Pro

1. 🌍 Contact 1Contacts Pro Support


2. Mail 1Contacts Pro requesting that they cancel your account:
   1. E-Mail: mementocrminc@gmail.com
3. Login to your 1Contacts Pro account.
4. In the menu section, look for any of these: "Billing", "Subscription", "Payment", "Manage account", "Settings".
5. Click the link, then follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.

End 1Contacts Pro subscription on iPhone/iPad:

1. Goto Settings » ~Your name~ » "Subscriptions".
2. Click 1Contacts Pro (subscription) » Cancel

Cancel subscription on Android:

1. Goto Google PlayStore » Menu » "Subscriptions"
2. Click on 1Contacts Pro
3. Click "Cancel Subscription".

💳 Cancel 1Contacts Pro on Paypal:

1. Goto Paypal.com .
2. Click "Settings" » "Payments" » "Manage Automatic Payments" (in Automatic Payments dashboard).
3. You'll see a list of merchants you've subscribed to.
4. Click on "1Contacts Pro" or "Roxwin Vietnam Technologies Company Limited" to cancel.
