3 years agoHello i signed up for the exceed money card at walmart at the request of my personal head , I was told that my card was going to be here in 7-10 days and still havent recieved it and my paychecks are still going into EFS NATIONAL BANK and i have no way to access it , is there any way for me to either recieve a card so i can access the money or transfer the money out of the account to my actually bank account
