1 year agoDude I’ve even contacted apple for support on this issue there is no cancellation they had a delinquent subscription on me after I didn’t pay I even first originally tried cancelling it guess what they charged me 55$ for the app that I haven’t used since the expiration of last year. It automatically renewed it, took my money and it won’t cancel subscription it’s running through til next year even though I don’t use the app and don’t care to…. I requested refund not sure if I’ll even get that back. I didn’t tell them to keep a subscription up for me when I didn’t have the money to even pay it at the time of renewal. Was certain I canceled it but then I ran into this over trying to purchase something through apple just threw 55$ out the window basically.

3 years agoI canceled my subscription and was charged anyway. It seems this has happened to many others according to reviews. I am requesting a refund.
