Things to note before removing Hero:
- The developer of Hero is SchoolMint and all inquiries must go to them.
- Check the Terms of Services and/or Privacy policy of SchoolMint to know if they support self-serve subscription cancellation:
- The GDPR gives EU and UK residents a "right to erasure" meaning that you can request app developers like SchoolMint to delete all your data it holds. SchoolMint must comply within 1 month.
- The CCPA lets American residents request that SchoolMint deletes your data or risk incurring a fine (upto $7,500 dollars).

Deleting from Smartphone 📱
Delete on iPhone:
- On your homescreen, Tap and hold Hero by SchoolMint until it starts shaking.
- Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
- Click on that X to delete the Hero by SchoolMint app.
Delete on Android:
- Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
- Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
- Choose Hero by SchoolMint, » then click "Uninstall".

2. The new Hero app is designed to make tracking behaviors, complying disciplinary actions, and reviewing student information an efficient experience on any mobile device.

4. - You are now able to select multiple behaviors, and then initiate a scan or search to select a student.

6. The world is mobile first, and we believe your school productivity apps should be the same.
7. - Event tracking is not supported in the new apps at this time.
8. - Once you have selected a student, you can confirm all of the behaviors and consequences to apply.
9. - A student's behavior history only shows the 200 most recent entries.
10. - The general behavior tracking workflow has been revised.
11. - Compliance now has three modes: Search, scan, and list.
