1 year agoI paid £19.99 yesterday for a years subscription and then when I downloaded the app it put me on for 3 day’s trial I would either like to be refunded my money or be given access to the years use of the app

3 years agoToday, July 24, 2021, I attempted to use the free Plantyyx and was charged $53.11 for a yearly subscription.. Please refund the $53.16. I have contacted my mastercard and instructed them to recoup the money that you have inappropriately charged.

3 years agoHi, i wanted to only use the trail version but instead the yearly subscription was activated on my phone. This happened just 5 minutes back and since there is no customer care service no provided, i cannot speak to anyone for this.
