1 year agoI am unable to complete two tasks on my computer. My account is #2000000202190. I no longer have my Dodge Durangp tag #02210374720 License # 1 AAS. I would like to return the EZ Pass tag. and have that car dropped from my account i have a new license plate for my Honda Civic. The old plate is V31MLF. The new plate is N92 RXX. Please make that change to ,y acco8unt.

2 years agoI have been trying to cancel my EZpay for mos. and I have gotten no response at all. My transponder has already been forwarded probably in November 2022. I am 79 yrs old and no longer drive to PA I have requested that monry to be refunded (credt) My acct #2000 1776 0752 2. My address is: 1616 Pennsylvania Ave #291 Vineland NJ 08361

2 years agoI am 91 years old and no longer driving. I have been trying to cancel my ezpass account first by calling on the phone and am told that service is not operating. Trying to cancel on their web site is a horror show and impossible to navigae. All I want to do is cancel the acfoutn.

2 years agoI cancelled the njezpass. for 2 reasons .1 i was sent outside transponder. I have 2 windshield transponersI .I dont want to do business with njezpass. because i couldnt reach anyone on 6865 # .waited for over an hour each time since Sept . Give instructions for returning Now that i will have 5 transponders .Thank You Barbara Neelson
