- The developer of Monifi is MidFirst Bank and all inquiries must go to them.
- The GDPR gives EU and UK residents a "right to erasure" meaning that you can request app developers like MidFirst Bank to delete all your data it holds. MidFirst Bank must comply within 1 month.
- The CCPA lets American residents request that MidFirst Bank deletes your data or risk incurring a fine (upto $7,500 dollars).

Deleting from Smartphone 📱
Delete on iPhone:
- On your homescreen, Tap and hold Monifi - Mobile Banking until it starts shaking.
- Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
- Click on that X to delete the Monifi - Mobile Banking app.
Delete on Android:
- Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
- Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
- Choose Monifi - Mobile Banking, » then click "Uninstall".

2 years agoMy account was closed at Monifi bank. Monifi sent me a check for the remaining balance which is good. The problem is no one will cash it. I had the check for six months. No one would even think about cashing old check. I had to get a notary to sign a paper so Monifi would cut me a new check and they did. I've tried several times to get it cashed but no one will. A check cashing store tried to cash it. I was told it was declined because there was no one there that could verify the check at Monifi
