  1. 🌍 Contact EyeMed Support

  2. Mail EyeMed requesting that they cancel your account:
    1. E-Mail: customercarecenter@eyemed.com
  3. Login to your EyeMed account.
  4. In the menu section, look for any of these: "Billing", "Subscription", "Payment", "Manage account", "Settings".
  5. Click the link, then follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.

End EyeMed subscription on iPhone/iPad:

  1. Goto Settings » ~Your name~ » "Subscriptions".
  2. Click EyeMed (subscription) » Cancel

Cancel subscription on Android:

  1. Goto Google PlayStore » Menu » "Subscriptions"
  2. Click on EyeMed
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription".

💳 Cancel EyeMed on Paypal:

  1. Goto Paypal.com .
  2. Click "Settings" » "Payments" » "Manage Automatic Payments" (in Automatic Payments dashboard).
  3. You'll see a list of merchants you've subscribed to.
  4. Click on "EyeMed" or "EyeMed Vision Care" to cancel.

Please note that the above e-mail is a new address.....I lost my original e-mail when I had computer issues so please use the e-mail I have provided above. I have been trying to can my EyeMed Account (EMI0071867) and I am not sure if the cancellation has gone through. Please let me know at the new e-mail address whether my account has been cancelled. I have called and they told me I needed to go on line than they sent an email and said to call the 844-243-4584 number. Been dealing with this for over a week now. I want to cancel my policy and my mom's ASAP. My DOB 9/1750 member #EMAE0027314. My mom's name Barbara Rippeto DOB 3/21/1934 Member #EMAE0027315, same email. I am her daughter and caregiver. My phone is 928-863-9044. You c/s is not helpful at all or email. We are both paid through Sept. And no longer want your policy for the remainder of the year. Please connect me ASAP please.

I want to cancel my Insurance; I do not want to be billed by AutoPay, and it takes too long to reach a customer service rep. My Act EMAE0021920. Just Cancel don't try to resell me I've never used it and if I have to wait on hold for an hour when I call I don't want your service!!
