Deleting from Smartphone 📱


Delete on iPhone:


  1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold Mi LUMA until it starts shaking.
  2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
  3. Click on that X to delete the Mi LUMA app.

Delete on Android:


  1. Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
  2. Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
  3. Choose Mi LUMA, » then click "Uninstall".

1. After your first sign in using your username and password, you can choose to use Face Unlock, your fingerprint, PIN or keyboard pattern for future sign-ins, making signing into Mi LUMA easy and quick.

2. The Mi LUMA app also provides a 12-month history of bills and payments, outage viewing and reporting capabilities, and an extensive set of frequently asked questions (FAQs) to help you in the transition to LUMA Energy.

3. However, if you already registered for Mi LUMA web, our online customer portal, there is no need to register again in the app, you can use the same username and password to sign in.

4. You can register with a residential or commercial account, the last 4 digits of the social security or employer identification number on the account, and a valid email.

5. With a single tap, view the Account screen, with all your current account information, including the total amount due and payment due date.

6. Once signed in, you will see the Dashboard with the current balance of the electric service account your registered.

7. Pay your bill using either a credit card or a bank account.

8. Payments made through Mi LUMA app are credited the same day.

9. Mi LUMA is LUMA Energy’s new customer app.

10. View and download your current bill in PDF format.

11. Simply download the free app and begin enjoying the convenience of doing all of this from anywhere 24x7.
