I signed up in 2024 and paid $9.99 every month and have proof it was never fully activated. I had sent several emails saying it wouldn't download and they didn't correct the problem. I want all my money back and don't charge me anymore. I used the cancel method on the app acct, in August, now another charge!

I started on May 28 by sending a letter to the FL Address which I found by searching and researching, BUT it came back to me on June 19th! So, I faxed a copy of the letter to a fax # I found and finally found a CA address which I still have. I am still asking for the refund of the moneys taken out on May 8th and May 9th, I did not authorize for any of those monies to be used by Total Ad Block, I finally was able to cancel all on here! To all who are upset about not being able to eliminate unwanted or unauthorized totaladblock charges. I had the same problem as you all did, and finally I called my credit card company and explained my issue. I’m still being billed, but every time there’s a charge the cc company issues a credit. Hope this helps.
