1. Out of the box, BotnetDefender comes without any filters, but, it will offer you to add a filter subscription on first start.
2. In order to block ads, BotnetDefender requires the so-called filters to "tell" it which requests to block.
3. BotnetDefender is still able to remove these based on certain specific characteristics, BotnetDefender is able to hide certain elements from the webpage.
4. BotnetDefender uses the most advanced technology helping you to block all type of adds.
5. - You may cancel a subscription during its free trial period via the subscription setting through your iTunes account.
6. With these filters enabled, it can block specific requests from websites, usually the requests to serve an ad.
7. This must be done 24 hours before the end of the subscription period to avoid being charged.
8. - You may turn off the auto-renewal of your subscription via your iTunes Account Settings.
