I am trying to cancel my account. I have done so by email to the company. I have now been told I cannot cancel until I speak to them on the phone BUT I can’t phone them. I have to wait for a call from their cancellation team. I was also told whenI had the system installed that the signage etc was my property. Now I have been told I have to pay for it.

Im fed up trying to get in touch with somebody they keep saying they respond in 48 hours nothing not a dicky bird from them.Begining to think this his a rip off company.

I am tired of trying to get my money back after cancelling well within the cooling off period, spoke to numerous people, contacted them via phone emails etc including head office excuses are unbelievable, I sincerely hope verisure alarms know I will not go down without a fight. If people read the reports concerning this firm nobody would buy from them.

I am very surprised and upset that there is no number to speak to costumer service or even an email? I paid upfront for all the alarms in the house and also paid £41.81/month for their service. Due to Covid restrictions, I called and cancelled my account as meanly in the house and been told I was 18 months contract. I told them then that I wish to terminate as soon as my 18 months is up. It was 18 months on June (2021) and I called, then someone on the phone said somebody will contact me. Nobody contacted me so I cancelled my direct debit in the beginning of this month (October 2021). I received an invoice as usual and a text why I cancelled my direct debit so I called them only the guy on the phone said I have to wait for 5 working days. I called already many times asking them why I have to wait for 5 working days now? totally a con company. Will demand a refund now. No way will I keep paying because they asked and sent an invoice. I would rather go to court and demand for my money back and the stress they are causing. I would tell anyone to go to reputable company.

We cancelled our Verisure Alarm system on 09/09/2021. We informed the Company. The Bank D/Debit was also cancelled. On 16/10/2021, We called Verisure & spoke to someone called Lorraine. Informed her that we still received text & messages when we already terminated the services. She informed me that the cancellation was not addressed properly & the person did not make an entry in their system which she admits is their mistake, not ours. We were in this company since April 2017 paying regularly by D/D. We are both living on our Pention we cannot afford it now, we have only use the alarm for approximately 2x since it was installed April 2017. Today 25/10/2021 Chris who informed that he is our Resolution Account Manager. He informed me that our account is not close.

I went to cancel my Verisure Alarm. Rang on 27th May 2021 They said you have to allow 5 working days. The chap on the phone said someone will be in touch to cancel it. (The Account Manager) Then no one did. Then they said it was 5 working days that does not include the bank holidays nor the weekend. I had to ring back because no one did, then they said the 5 days started again. It is not until their care centre rings you back that the 3 months cancellation period actually starts. So this dragged on for another 2 months which takes you to 23rd July 2021. I was then told someone will contact you on 23rd September to decide whether I want to downgrade or pay another £70.00 for dismantling. (This gets worse). I will be getting my solicitor to contact them then I will go to the papers. What a 'shoddy' company. They have no due care for your personal circumstances. As long as they keep getting your money they're very happy. We'll I've got news for them.

When we had verisure installed 2 years ago, no one mentioned a 3 year contract, we spoke to them, and suggested we freeze for 3 months, and then pay £200 , 3 months has lapsed, and they continue to charge a monthly rate, they have gone back on their word, and won't respond to our request or call us back. I have not received an answer to my cancellation. I have also still not received a call as told by customer service. I haven't used alarm since march, I instead received a letter that I have to pay for June and July! What is going on! Terrible service Soo shocked at your company

I cancelled my Verisure on May 13th I spoke to one of your representatives who reassured me it was cancelled. I then went to barclays to cancel the direct debit I just realised you have continued charging me I am so upset, since I don't use alarm since march, am soooo unhappy with your service, so unfriendly also when I phone ( after waiting 40 mins) And now this Never again Sandra Schott Steinberg 18 the drive Tw7 4ae

1. All of the products and applications used to control your alarm have the most stringent security systems thanks to the Verisure Technology which is exclusive to Securitas Direct.

2. -If you are a customer of Verisure and you have another device installed, or you do not know if your device is compatible with this application, call our Customer Services line and we will give you all of the information.

3. -If you are a customer of Verisure and you have a Verisure Smart Alarm installed, you will only have to download and install the application.

4. -If you are still not a customer of Verisure and you want to receive more information, you can contact us on our website or by calling.

5. The alarm does not have to be triggered, it does not even have to be activated: you can request photos which you will see on your mobile phone.

6. At Verisure we continue to look after your security, 24 hours a day.

7. - See the status of your alarm (know if it is connected).

8. - See everything that happens in your home or business, even though you are on the other side of the world.
