I want to cancel my subscription to RGJ because your service is horrible. I have not received ( 7 printed issues ) of the paper in the last 3 1/2 weeks and if I call on the phone it is impossible to talk to a live person and explain the problem. Have been a loyal customer for a good many years but no longer want to deal with you. So we want to cancel starting today 1/14/2022. Ronald Freeman

I am canceling my subscription to RGJ for the simple reason your service is horrible. I have not received (3) of my papers in the last two weeks, and when I call to speak on live chat I am told the papers will be redelivered, they are not. I am being billed the full amount less credit of 20cents for a $3.00 Sunday paper that I did not receive. This has been a real problem for me, and I do not appreciate being treated this way when I have been a loyal customer for 25 years. Virginia Menesini
