How to Cancel SunPass Subscription on iPhone or iPad:
- Open Settings » ~Your name~ » and click "Subscriptions".
- Click the SunPass (subscription) you want to review.
- Click Cancel.
How to Cancel SunPass Subscription on Android Device:
- Open your Google Play Store app.
- Click on Menu » "Subscriptions".
- Tap on SunPass (subscription you wish to cancel)
- Click "Cancel Subscription".

- Visit SunPass website: Click to visit .
- Login to your account.
- In the menu section, look for any of the following: "Billing", "Subscription", "Payment", "Manage account", "Settings".

- Next, click on "Manage Automatic Payments" in the Automatic Payments dashboard.

11 months agoMy husband totalled our only car on Monday, Nov. 20, 2023. Since he hit a tree full on, the windshield was smashed. Our SunPass sticker was attached to the windshield, and the towing company couldn't get it off. The car has been released to Liberty Mutual's towing company: Copart Lot, Apopka. The car's account lot number will be 78056063. The car's license plate is LNJ D88; Mitchell Botwin was the driver. the vehicle registration number is 01633573. The car was registered to both me (Jane Schweppe) and my husband, Mitchell Botwin. The car is going to be moved to Copart today, having been released by the police and the towing company (C&S Towing, Sanford, FL). My house phone number is 407-324-2841; my cell number is 637-921-9202. Please cancel our SunPass account now.

2 years agomy a/c # is 18241596 transp. #030745020110. I have easy pass here in NY so I don't need Sunpass anymore. I have deleted all my vehicles and wish to return your transponder. I'm having a problem getting through in a reasonable time. Where do I send the trans and close my account? Thank you for your help .Steve

2 years agocant access my account. acct number wont work-username wont work-password wont work./ sold my car and bought a new one and bought a new transponder pro but cant access my account. always get same answer--unable to find account. If try to set up new account I get this when i add license plate--this plate attached to another account. any help would be appreciated. Thanks

2 years agoCan’t drive anymore so I sold my car. Now I need to end my surpass immediately. I do have money left on my account. My address was 2440 Heron Drive Lake Wales.
