3 years agoIt looks like this has happened to several people - eDreams have charged my account without me having bought anything from them nor subscribing to any of their services. It's simple theft. Predictably they're impossible to get hold of. Does anyone have any advice here? Has anyone got their money back?

3 years agoEdreams just fucking charged my account for $89.99. Triem to find their contact number, apparently the direct link to their contact info doesn't exist. The only way to solve this problem is to contact your bank and report it as a scam because that's what it is.

3 years agoI booked a return flight with yourselves to Sydney for 26.012.21, return 09.01.22. You notifed me to say BA had cancelled the return flight. As a result, I have rebooked a return flight for 10.01.22 via another agency. I have now received an email from you stating the original return flight 09.01.22 has not been cancelled. I request a full refund for the return flight booked for 09.01.22
