Things to note before removing RaceJoy:
- The developer of RaceJoy is TriPerta LLC and all inquiries must go to them.
- Check the Terms of Services and/or Privacy policy of TriPerta LLC to know if they support self-serve subscription cancellation:
- The GDPR gives EU and UK residents a "right to erasure" meaning that you can request app developers like TriPerta LLC to delete all your data it holds. TriPerta LLC must comply within 1 month.
- The CCPA lets American residents request that TriPerta LLC deletes your data or risk incurring a fine (upto $7,500 dollars).

Deleting from Smartphone 📱
Delete on iPhone:
- On your homescreen, Tap and hold RaceJoy until it starts shaking.
- Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
- Click on that X to delete the RaceJoy app.
Delete on Android:
- Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
- Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
- Choose RaceJoy, » then click "Uninstall".

🎌 About RaceJoy
1. Based on our privacy policy you must setup a special tracking ID (PIN) with profile name and provide that to friends and family tracking you on your Training Days.
2. If you would like a race to offer the full featured experience with official race progress alerts and results, please let the race director know about RaceJoy.
3. This area enables athletes to have their friends and family track their progress live on a map and send motivational cheers during long training runs or rides.
4. All PhoneTrak features are available in Training Days, along with special motivational cheers to help you through those tough moments.
5. RaceJoy is created by a small family business and is dedicated to changing the race experience.
6. RaceJoy is created specifically for running, cycling and triathlon events with a focus on the participant and spectator experience.
7. When using Training Days, the athlete turns on/off tracking as needed.
8. -Optional Tracking with Progress Alerts: Some events offer BIBTAG tracking in addition to PhoneTrak.
9. These are events that have contracted with RaceJoy to provide a premium experience for participants and spectators.

11. For these events there is no need to carry your phone as this is based on the participant’s BIB/chip as they cross over timing points on the course.
12. Training Days is a free always available area for your long training days.
13. RaceJoy’s live phone tracking feature is ONLY activated during the hours of the event.
