1 year agoI want to cancel my subscription to Opodo. I was not even aware that I had signed up with Opodo. It has been made extremely difficult to unsubscribe despite what your web site claims.

1 year agoStop my free trial of Opodo Prime! With immediate effect I would like to cancel Opodo Prime. We agreed to the trial 3 days ago, and have been trying to cancel it from that first day. We’ve spent hours trying to cancel this via the website, the app, telephone and the chatbot! We have never had such a problem with any company ever!

2 years agoDear Odopo, You have charged me a membership fee although i did not sign for it. I did buy a ticket from you a month ago than i noticed you wanted to charge me this extra fee but that time i have no money in my bank.So you were unsuccesful. Than i went on your website I HAVE CANCELLED THE MEMBERSHIP, and today morning you took my last 50 euro from my bank account. 3 years agoI'VE SPENT WEEKS HOURS & DAYS YRYING TO CANCEL OPODO prime no use for it, so frustrating its a big scam tried for hours days & weeks to gain access to cancel before end of free trial, now I've had a statement from my credit card bank and money has been withdrawn what a scam, I have no use for your sevices which unknown to me was intercepted by Opodo as I tried to book Ryanair flight appeared that I had to go through Opodo to make a booking
