We have made it super easy to delete NDRoads account and/or app.

Things to note before removing NDRoads:

  1. The developer of NDRoads is North Dakota Dept. of Transportation and all inquiries must go to them.
  2. Check the Terms of Services and/or Privacy policy of North Dakota Dept. of Transportation to know if they support self-serve subscription cancellation:
  3. The GDPR gives EU and UK residents a "right to erasure" meaning that you can request app developers like North Dakota Dept. of Transportation to delete all your data it holds. North Dakota Dept. of Transportation must comply within 1 month.
  4. The CCPA lets American residents request that North Dakota Dept. of Transportation deletes your data or risk incurring a fine (upto $7,500 dollars).

Deleting from Smartphone πŸ“±


Delete on iPhone:


  1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold NDRoads until it starts shaking.
  2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
  3. Click on that X to delete the NDRoads app.

Delete on Android:


  1. Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
  2. Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
  3. Choose NDRoads, » then click "Uninstall".

2. Welcome to NDDOT’s mobile Travel Information (511) App – ND Roads.

3. Use the menu to add/remove map layers, save a customized view, and see the legend for active layers.

4. Tap roads and icons on the map to identify features and see more information.

5. Use the new Cameras tab to find cameras along common routes and regions.

6. Please note that the NDRoads App is not to be used while driving.
