3 years agoI needed to cancel my order today for $8.50 as my car would not start and it will be an hour before roadside service can help me. I was unable to find the cancel button on the app and I tried calling the location and their mailbox was full so I was not able to cancel with them. Please refund my $8.50 and thank you. 4 years agoHello I haven't been able to use my sonic drive in app for months when I try I get told my card is declined. I have tried multiple different cards I have and have even tried making a new account and still won't take my payment. I recently tried to use my Google pay as well and declined that as well. Can you tell me if my account or cards are flagged or something? I missed out on my free shake for my birthday in October because I can't use the app.
