We have made it super easy to delete e-Sign for Government account and/or app.

Things to note before removing e-Sign:

  1. The developer of e-Sign is OneSpan Inc. and all inquiries must go to them.
  2. Check the Terms of Services and/or Privacy policy of OneSpan Inc. to know if they support self-serve account deletion:
  3. The GDPR gives EU and UK residents a "right to erasure" meaning that you can request app developers like OneSpan Inc. to delete all your data it holds. OneSpan Inc. must comply within 1 month.
  4. The CCPA lets American residents request that OneSpan Inc. deletes your data or risk incurring a fine (upto $7,500 dollars).

Deleting from Smartphone 📱


Delete on iPhone:


  1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold e-Sign for Government until it starts shaking.
  2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
  3. Click on that X to delete the e-Sign for Government app.

Delete on Android:


  1. Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
  2. Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
  3. Choose e-Sign for Government, » then click "Uninstall".

1. The app supports government employees and military personnel that routinely need to e-sign forms and documents using digital certificates stored on their Common Access Card (CAC) and PIV smart card.

2. You can also store documents or share with other users via online storage services (Box, Dropbox, Google Drive and more).

3. e-Sign for Government by eSignLive is a mobile e-signature application designed specifically with government users in mind.

4. Once connected, e-signed documents can be sent to other users by email for review and signing.

5. Note: this app is intended for standalone use with other e-Sign for Government users only.

6. It provides a simple and secure way to prepare, send and sign mission-critical documents on the iPad and iPhone.

7. The signing ceremony takes place locally on your mobile device and the transaction can be completed even if no internet connection is available.

8. It is not inter-operable with e-Sign Desktop or eSignLive by Silanis.
