- In the menu section, look for any of these: "Billing", "Subscription", "Payment", "Manage account", "Settings".

- Click "Cancel Subscription".

2 years agoI used MeWe sporadically for a couple of years. Was invited to donate $4.99. Next thing I know, Iām locked out of my account with monthly charges of $4.99. Looks as if Iām not the only one being charged but, no serviceā¦ and will be making a formal complaint to the appropriate authorities. Thereās no way to delete the account because am being denied access. Thereās no reason for the lock out except for profit. I donāt mind leaving because Iām on other platforms with greater more interesting users. On MeWe thereās a lot of young people who have nowhere else to go. Theyāre being abused. Shame on MeWe.

3 years agoI have been trying to cancel my 4.99 subscription for several months by following your instructions on Mewe site. It has never worked. I have a charge of 4.99 monthly on my credit card which is in dispute with my credit card to stop payment. I thought I signed up for a "free" trial & now can't figure out how to get this canceled. Please cancel my account immediately! Please contact me & let me know you received this & that my account has been canceled. 4 years agoYou advertise your network as being free for users, but that's misleading to the potential customers because after I've created an account at some point you made it impossible to enter in without subscription to payment of some sort. I can't get in if I don't give you either permission to get payment from my phone company, or my card - I don't want to do any of these because I can see that people are having troubles. I just want to delete my account. And that is precisely for this reason that I was mislead. So, please let me in behind that pay wall just to delete my account.
