I want to delete and you are making it impossible. You claim that deleting is EASY and it is NOT. I have followed your directions to delete from my iPhone and there is no X to click on. Hello!!! If I am unable to delete before you charge me I will not be able to pay you for you have made it impossible for me to delete in the allotted time JUNE 9 to be exact. Why are you making this so difficult. If you are hoping that I will give up trying and stay with you - you would be wrong. I expect some sort of reply but based on the comments below, I doubt if I will ever hear from you. We customers are fickle and when we are not treated properly we not only cancel, we tell everyone we know not to join your company. And that is fair.
