1 year agoHi I had an account with Muzz and added it in the app. Later on, i have deleted the account but when i go to the app, I can still see that my account is added in the app. Since, i have deleted my account, now i want to remove account from my app. Can you please assist me with this.

1 year agoMuzz decided to deactivate my page and thats ok. was very disappointed Muzz took one side of the story. There were few who wanted me to send photos therefore i request i need personal phone to do that i was using my work phone since i did request that the man i was chatting with considered me as a scammer due to his past bad experience. Without Muzz asking me to get my side of the story they deactivate my account. My concern if they deactivated my account why they took money for the last month? i would love a refund, i did try to reached but but email keep boucing back saying the email which was a customer service support email was incorrect. Please i would love a full refund of my money was been deducted on the 21 July 2023 which is i didnt use the app for it so i paid for something i didnt use

4 years agoI paid for muzmatch 7 day ( for week ) , and it's going well ... but why I didn't see it on the Google play subscriptions ? Specially if I want to cancel stop the subscription !
