List prices are fixed and are based on the number of properties in your selected list. Users can also try the app for free with 3 property lookups.
How to Cancel Top Investor Subscription on iPhone or iPad:
- Open Settings » ~Your name~ » and click "Subscriptions".
- Click the Top Investor (subscription) you want to review.
- Click Cancel.
How to Cancel Top Investor Subscription on Android Device:
- Open your Google Play Store app.
- Click on Menu » "Subscriptions".
- Tap on Top Investor (subscription you wish to cancel)
- Click "Cancel Subscription".

- Login to your account.
- In the menu section, look for any of the following: "Billing", "Subscription", "Payment", "Manage account", "Settings".

- Login to www.paypal.com .
- Click "Settings" » "Payments".
- Next, click on "Manage Automatic Payments" in the Automatic Payments dashboard.
- You'll see a list of merchants you've subscribed to. Click on "Top Investor" or "Mobile Data Books LLC." to cancel.

About Top Investor?
1. When you are out in the field, get property & owner data on virtually every home around you! Before going into an area with poor cell coverage, select the respective census tract (or tracts) on the map — that is, just press on the map to select the tract.
2. All Top Investor subscriptions offer unlimited access to property & owner data and unlimited exports.
3. Note: We use census tract as a proxy for neighborhood to deliver local property data.
4. Note: Property Lists are available with subscription to the Top Investor app and can be purchased in-app at additional costs per list.
5. This way, all data on all properties in the tract will be downloaded into the app and you’ll be able to access it offline later on.
6. You can mange or cancel your subscription and/or turn off auto-renewal by visiting your Account Settings after purchase.
7. Your iTunes account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
8. Whether you are in the field or in your office, you can always work offline and save on data plan and battery.
9. * Your subscription will automatically renew, unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
10. Get all the data you need when an opportunity arises, no matter where you might be.
11. * Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.
12. If you cancel, you can keep using the subscription until the next billing date.
13. List prices are fixed and are based on the number of properties in your selected list.
