1 year agoYour app is being used in a scam on ebay/customer service support. I downloaded before I realized I was being scanned and now can't remove it from my iphone. I have followed all directions and still can't delete this app. I don't see any answers here but certainly don't want this app on any of my electronics and will report to the proper authorities.

2 years agoI have an AnyDesk app apparently on my computer and I don't want it. I never subscribed, don't want it, and need to get it removed from my computer. You don't seem to offer and help along these lines, just telling people who want this service about accounts, money, etc. I am not a member, do not want to be a member, and really hate having an open computer to your other members. Please remove it from my computer or tell me how to do it. I shouldn't have to pay for the removal since I didn't request it to begin with. A prompt response would be appreciated.

3 years agoOne of the fraudster called me and told me to download this Anydesk App, after downloading it. He has all the remotely access of my phone but right away, i had uninstalled it from my phone. So i wanted to ask does it still create problems and remotely access in future for further transactions and mobile data ? Please make it clear i'm in a trouble right now.. and also i have used at that time my UPIs apps. Though i have called my Bank Customer care to block all my UPIs and bank account. Am i safe now or what ? Please it's a request to you help me

3 years agoAnydesk's account cancellation policy is very scummy. Hidden within the legalese is the requirement that a customer cancels (in writing) their contract a full 3 months before the expiration date. Anydesk also bills the customer 2 weeks before the renewal date. ITs a very sketchy company.
