Things to note before removing GoCarma:
- The developer of GoCarma is Carma and all inquiries must go to them.
- Check the Terms of Services and/or Privacy policy of Carma to know if they support self-serve subscription cancellation:
- The GDPR gives EU and UK residents a "right to erasure" meaning that you can request app developers like Carma to delete all your data it holds. Carma must comply within 1 month.
- The CCPA lets American residents request that Carma deletes your data or risk incurring a fine (upto $7,500 dollars).

Deleting from Smartphone 📱
Delete on iPhone:
- On your homescreen, Tap and hold GoCarma until it starts shaking.
- Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
- Click on that X to delete the GoCarma app.
Delete on Android:
- Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
- Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
- Choose GoCarma, » then click "Uninstall".

7. GoCarma is currently available in Dallas-Fort Worth only.
8. We'll send you an Occupant Pass that you can carry on board whenever you travel with kids in the car.
9. The app will activate automatically and use GPS and Bluetooth to verify your HOV status, even when the app is closed.

11. The app does not save any location at any other locations, or at any other times.
12. This data expires automatically after 60 days.
