🚨 Guide to Canceling ING Banking 👇

Note before cancelling:

  1. The developer of ING Banking is ING BELGIUM and all inquiries go to them.
  2. Check the Terms of Services and/or Privacy policy of ING BELGIUM to know if they support self-serve subscription cancellation:
  3. Always cancel subscription 24 hours before it ends.

   

🌐 Cancel directly via ING Banking

  1. 🌍 Contact ING Banking Support

  2. Mail ING Banking requesting that they cancel your account:
    1. E-Mail: info@ing.be
  3. Login to your ING Banking account.
  4. In the menu section, look for any of these: "Billing", "Subscription", "Payment", "Manage account", "Settings".
  5. Click the link, then follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.

End ING Banking subscription on iPhone/iPad:

  1. Goto Settings » ~Your name~ » "Subscriptions".
  2. Click ING Banking (subscription) » Cancel

Cancel subscription on Android:

  1. Goto Google PlayStore » Menu » "Subscriptions"
  2. Click on ING Banking
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription".

💳 Cancel ING Banking on Paypal:

  1. Goto Paypal.com .
  2. Click "Settings" » "Payments" » "Manage Automatic Payments" (in Automatic Payments dashboard).
  3. You'll see a list of merchants you've subscribed to.
  4. Click on "ING Banking" or "ING BELGIUM" to cancel.

Subscription Costs (Saved) 💰

The ING Banking app is free to download and use. However, some features may require a subscription. The app offers two subscription tiers:

1. Premium This subscription costs €4.99 per month and includes additional features such as unlimited instant transfers, higher debit card limits, and access to exclusive cashback offers.

2. Business This subscription costs €9.99 per month and is designed for business users. It includes features such as multi-user access, payment approvals, and expense management tools.

Users can choose to subscribe to either tier within the app.
