1 year agoI want to cancel my upcoming subscription but none of the information received on here works. There is no option to cancel at all. Anyone else find a different route ? Thank you.

2 years agoLike others, I've attempted to cancel and it's not an option under the settings>subscriptions>loona. Not only is it trying to charge 59.99$ but it says it's 23.99 for a promotional period, then only 39.99 a year after that. I emailed, we'll see how that turns out.

2 years agoMy Apple ID is under my email Mikkijade12@redacted. I started the trial today, but I want to go ahead and cancel prior to being charged in a week. It does not show up on my subscriptions tab for me to cancel. I want you to do whatever you need to do to cancel it prior to me having a paying subscription please.

2 years agoI forgot to cancel my subscription, that is on me. But I went to cancel it so I don't forget in a year and it said my subscription is 39.99....but my account was charged for 65 and some change. I want to know what that other $20 is for....

3 years agoI do NOT want to continue the free trial. I do not authorize any payment in 7 days. I cannot find anywhere to terminate my pending subscription charge. 4 years agoUnfortunately Loona doesn’t work for me. I wanted to try it for a night so clicked on the free trial and now I can’t cancel it? What is this fraud?! I thought it was a try before you buy but apparently they have already charged me for a YEAR and I can’t cancel it!!???
