Deleting from Smartphone 📱
Delete on iPhone:
- On your homescreen, Tap and hold My H-E-B until it starts shaking.
- Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
- Click on that X to delete the My H-E-B app.
Delete on Android:
- Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
- Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
- Choose My H-E-B, » then click "Uninstall".

1 year agoI'm tired. Emailed u I would delete app. If u kept telling me password didn't match, u send me a code I type it in - it don't match. Just tired of this app. Can't order groceries, can't log in, can't notify u, this is a horrible app.

3 years agobEEN GETTING ITEMS I DON'T THAT I DIDN'T PURCHASE ND I'M GETTING MULTIPLE ITEMS ON ONE PURCHASE SAY LIKE I BUY ONE OIL THEY SEND ME THREE OILS THEY ADD TIP FOR THE DRIVER IM DISABLED I HAVE NO WAY OF TAKING THESE ITEMS BACK ND ITS HAPPENED BEFORE ND THE WOULD REFUND ME FOR SOME REASON THEY DIDN'T WANNA DO IT UNLESS I RETURNED THOSE ITEAM I TOLD THEM STORE MANAGER AND STILL REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND I CHECK MY ITEMS BEFORE I SEND THEM IF THERE'S SOMETHING THAT I DIDN'T ORDER I NOTICED II NOTICED A BOX TO WRITE SO MUCH ON THE BOX I SAID I DON'T REMOVE SO I CHECKED ALL MY LISTS AND I CHECKED THE QUANTITIES BECAUSE I KNOW THAT IT'S HAPPENED BEFORE SO I CHECKED AND THEN I PURCHASED SO I WANT TO REMOVE MY ACCOUNT CUZ I DON'T WANT TO HAVE THIS PROBLEMS AND I DON'T WANT TO TALK TO SOMEBODY THAT'S NOT GOING TO BELIEVE OR HELP ME I'M DISABLED SO I GOT TO DEPEND ON THE STORE THAT WOULD SEND MY ITEMS CORRECTLY AND ALSO THEY WANTED TO SUBSTITUTE ITEMS WHEN THEY HAD THE ORIGINAL ITEMS I DON'T THINK THAT'S RIGHT THIS HAPPENED ON JULY THE 14TH AND ALSO THEY CHARGED ME FOR EXPRESS AND THEY SEND IT BY 8:00 AND THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE HERE BY 7:00 I THINK THEY SHOULD BE AN INVESTIGATION IN THE STORE ON SAN ANTONIO TEXAS WW WHITE ROAD HEB
