Delete on iPhone:


  1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold Porte: Mobile Banking until it starts shaking.
  2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
  3. Click on that X to delete the Porte: Mobile Banking app.

Delete on Android:


  1. Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
  2. Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
  3. Choose Porte: Mobile Banking, » then click "Uninstall".

Why isn’t there an option to delete account?! And how do we do it? It still trying to charge me monthly and I have never used it. Should be a way to delete if thats the case!

1. Enjoy no monthly account fees,⁴contactless debit card, virtual cards, charitable giving,⁵ and Direct Deposit that pays you up to 2 days faster.³ Own your money and your future with Porte.

2. The Savings Account linked with your Porte Account is made available to Accountholders through Metabank, N.A., Member FDIC.

3. ⁵ After selecting a charity through your Mobile App, Populus will donate an amount equal to 0.05% of every debit card purchase transaction, subject to certain terms and conditions, made with your Porte Debit Card to a charity selected by you through the Mobile App.
