2 years agoI recently recharged my apple account with 90 dollars for an emergency and I go take a look at my subscriptions and see a 39.99 charge from this app that I deleted a long time ago that I remember canceling the free trial. I am currently requesting a refund to apple cause I did not subscribe to this and they better give me my money back I did not authorized this purchase and I didn’t even have this app installed since July 2022

2 years agoThere should be a warning of the charge a day before the trial is over. Even if you cancel while the charge is pending you don’t receive a refund. This needs to be fixed.

2 years agoI was not aware that it would automatically charge my account after the free trial, and I was not warned a day in advance or anything. I was charged $40, I cancelled and did not get any back. I want my money back.
