I have installed Madeira Safe on my Android 'phone. I can't log in because it says "Some permissions are denied" Which? I have given permission for all those the app asked for

Hi. I have spelled my first name wrongly, Ane instead of Anne, on my madeira safe application (passenger locator form) profile, so the name on my proof of covid vaccination letter and passport don't match it. I have edited my name but it doesn't update. I've started a new application with the correct name, but I can't complete the profile as it says the details, address, passport number etc has already been used. So I want to unregister and start again. I can't find how to unregister my profile. Please help me. Many thanks Anne
