3 years agoQScaN renewed my annual subscription this week, automatically. I DO NOT USE this app., ever. I have cancelled the auto renew for the Oct2022 cycle. However, unlike other app renewals, there is no ONLINE method to refund the $89 annual renewal payment you have already charged. I wish to be prorated for the few days of service I have received since this recent auto renewal. On your end, I am requesting confirmation that QScaN has received this message. I am further requesting confirmation that my subscription has been prorated, and the majority of the $89 dollars taken, to be placed back on my credit card on file. Thank you for your attention in this matter. I will be checking within 10 business days to verify that my requests above have been considered and dispatched.

3 years agoI did not authorize an annual subscription of $89. Please credit my credit card and confirm that my $ has been returned. I cancelled subscription and will not be using this APP. Very dissatisfied! Jason Sugarman
About QScaN - QR & Barcode Scanner?
1. For 24 hours before the end of subscription period from your account will be charged a payment for subscription renew and the cost of renewal is determined.
2. If you want to disable auto renew, you need go to Account Settings after subscription purchase.
3. Any unused part of the trial period, if it exists, will be canceled after subscription purchase, where it's applicable.
4. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
5. You can manage own subscriptions.
