hello - can you help me please? I had to cancel a couple of apps off my phone temporarily so that I could so that I could add one that was needed at that time. I chose the google authenticator and another. anyway I re-installed it on my phone. so now this is the problem, it didn't save any info which I didn't anticipate, because so many other apps do. I am trying to get into a very important account but am unable to because of the google authenticator. the communication isn't working and it is not generating the code for me to enter. now I can't get into it. so I am reaching out to you and them as well to see what my options are on how to fix this. Any help that you can provide for me would be greatly appreciated. I thank you in advance for your help. Sincerely, Denise
