1 year agoCLASS ACTION LAWSUIT FOR PREDITORY MEMBERSHIP PRACTICE I think Houzz uses very sketch subscription practices on their pro services. There are too many complaints and I for one am very unhappy with them. I only signed up to try their design software but not for any of their advertising services and they have me on an advertising subscription. I did not ask for this and I can't cancel because Houzz keeps giving me the run around. Houzz does not provide a way to cancel online. They are an awful company! This company needs to be audited and looked into. Is anyone filing a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST Houzz ?
