Things to note before removing Signature2Go:

  1. The developer of Signature2Go is Signature Bank of Arkansas and all inquiries must go to them.
  2. The GDPR gives EU and UK residents a "right to erasure" meaning that you can request app developers like Signature Bank of Arkansas to delete all your data it holds. Signature Bank of Arkansas must comply within 1 month.
  3. The CCPA lets American residents request that Signature Bank of Arkansas deletes your data or risk incurring a fine (upto $7,500 dollars).

Delete on iPhone:


  1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold Signature2Go Mobile Banking until it starts shaking.
  2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
  3. Click on that X to delete the Signature2Go Mobile Banking app.

Delete on Android:


  1. Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
  2. Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
  3. Choose Signature2Go Mobile Banking, » then click "Uninstall".

1. Although Signature Bank of Arkansas does not charge fees to download or use Signature2go mobile banking, your mobile carrier may charge fees for data, text messages and other web access services.

2. If you are currently enrolled in our standard mobile banking services, you can begin using the App immediately; just access your accounts using your existing Signature Online Banking username and password.

3. Users are required to authenticate to access their information and account numbers are masked as nicknames (if customer has configured in their online banking preferences).
