3 years agoI got a Samsung phone for Christmas. I then found that your website plus a couple of others embedded in the phone. I have checked and checked for information on how to delete it. Sadly I have now been told that I cannot delete it. This is unacceptable and we live in a free society so you have now right either you or Samsung to do this to customers. I cannot tell you how upset I am about this as I spent hours trying to find a way to delete it. I will not buy Samsung again and as it stands I can't wait to get rid of it. It ranks alongside Huawei.
