3 years agoTo whom it may concern, I was charged after a free trial period and had no intentions of subscribing. When i was able to finnaly figure out you cancel through google play not the app was shocked to see a charge on my last day of.trial so.canceled.immedietly and google play will not refund me. This was an honest mistake to even try the free trial. Google told me to contact the devoloper due to bieng able to go around terms and policies more than google may. Im about to dispute the charge with my bank but wish i wouldnt have to and fixd would understand a customers hard times. Due to this recuring charge it has overdrafted my account wich should prove i had no intention of subscribing. I love the free services of Fixd just need some.understanding from fixd.
