Greetings ~ Tracfone Customer Service is unequivocally theeee worst. Including giving a person the run-a-round. Didn't use to be this way. Back when, I purchased a cute tiny $20 flip phone from Walmart. No strings attached. Then I purchased my first ever Tracfone minutes card. Refilling was no problem. Had a subscription with them for many a year. No problems. Then they did an upgrade. Could no longer use (supposedly---I hung on until I could no longer use phone. Thank You Tracfone.). They're deceptive advertising says we can bring our own phone. Rather than purchase a phone from Tracfone, I bought one $30 cheaper elsewhere for the same phone on Tracfone. Maybe that is wherein the problem lies. Ever since Nov 2022 I've had nothing but problems (countless wasted time on phone & chatting with their AI or whatever.). Is difficult understanding their Cust Serv Agents What do I know other than, I'm sick of them & is time to get rid of my subscription with Tracfone. Cyndy

Didn't help me. They are charging me twice for one phone/one number. I have contacted them 12 times and for some reason, the phone answerers are too stupid to see the double billing, though it is right there in the history. (And half the time they don't speak English.) I dispute the extra charge on my bank account. But I cannot see a way to turn off one of the two plans I'm being charged for (and I'm not sure in any case which one is keeping my phone off and which isn't!) They are incompetent. There is no store in town that represents the owner company. So thanks for trying, but this would only be helpful if Tracfone weren't either 1) incompetent or 2) knowingly scamming by double billing (or 3) both, which I suspect is what's happening.)

I bought two new phones and two new plans , one for each new phone, and I never received service on either phone. In addition, Tracpfone deactivated the service on a third phone that I had already paid for. -- After being informed by Tracfone that the two phones I bought wourld work on WiFi I discovered that they WOULD NOT work on WiFi so I returned the phones and DISPUTED THE CHARGES for the two service plans I had purchased on my Credit Card. because I was unable to cancel the service plans with Tracphone. I then tried to re-activate the third phone (my original phone) and could not get it reactivated without waiting for an agent . . . All total I have had (6) one hour waits in order to talk to an agent to help me and it gets worse! While talking to each of the agents and giving them all the necessary information they would say..."I need to transfer your call...please stay on the line!" --Well guess what happens when you stay on the line whle they transfer the call? --- A recording comes on to 'Press 1 for all call back, or Press 3 to continue to hold!" --- No matter what you do...whether you press 1, press 3, or not press anything, a 'busy signal' comes on the phone and 'click' you are cut off and have to WAIT ANOTHER HOUR! -This happened to me 5 times! -- There needs to be some kind of action taken against this kind of service. -- And another problem is that when you do get an agent to talk to you each agent that I had spoke 'broken English' and were difficult to understand. When you ask them to please repeat what they said they get frustrated with you. -- It has been seven days now ....March 10 to March 16, 2022 ...and I STILL DO NOT HAVE TRACPHONE SERVICE RESTORED TO MY ORIGINAL PHONE!

I have been trying to cancel my service with TracFone as of Jan. 31, 2022 when my service was renewed without my consent. I have called three times. the first person I talked with hung up on me. The 2nd. Person sent me a code, then told me my service was canceled. which didn't happen. The 3rd person said he couldn't cancel my service until the 3 months they added was up. 1. Airtime PINs are located on the back of the TracFone Service Card or on your register receipt.

2. Take command of your wireless service, anywhere at any time! The TracFone My Account App lets you manage most aspects of your wireless service right from your phone.

3. -Other features include Credit Card management, Adding or Deleting a Device from the Account, viewing your transaction history or you can use our retail locator.

4. - Once logged in, you will be able to see your Service End Date, keep track of your Balance on your home screen, refill your Airtime by selecting Buy Airtime or Add Airtime if you have an Airtime PIN.

5. -Once downloaded, open the app and after agreeing with the End User License agreement, you will have the option to log in (if you already have a TracFone Account) or you can create an account by selecting Create an Account.

6. To read the PIN on the TracFone Service Card, simply locate the grey strip on the back of the card.

7. Scratch off the gray strip in order to reveal the Service Card PIN.
