2 years agoThey took my money from my card before they sent me an email confirming my reservation and telling me i needed a credit card in my name AFTER they took my money plus telling me there was a $200.00 deposit fee as well . now if i had a credit card with my name on it, i would have used it instead of my prepaid debit card. They did not tell me this and took my money and wont return or answer my emails or refund my money. I have already took the steps in filing a complaint with the BBB.
