Things to note before removing Aiwit:
- The developer of Aiwit is EKEN and all inquiries must go to them.
- Check the Terms of Services and/or Privacy policy of EKEN to know if they support self-serve account deletion:
- The GDPR gives EU and UK residents a "right to erasure" meaning that you can request app developers like EKEN to delete all your data it holds. EKEN must comply within 1 month.
- The CCPA lets American residents request that EKEN deletes your data or risk incurring a fine (upto $7,500 dollars).

Deleting from Smartphone 📱
Delete on iPhone:
- On your homescreen, Tap and hold Aiwit until it starts shaking.
- Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
- Click on that X to delete the Aiwit app.
Delete on Android:
- Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
- Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
- Choose Aiwit, » then click "Uninstall".

4. For an account that purchases an automatic subscription service, we will automatically deduct the next period of fees within 24 hours from your iTunes account before the service expires, and extend the corresponding service content, service conditions and service period.
5. If you need to cancel the automatic subscription, please manually open the Apple phone "Settings"-->Enter "iTunes Store & App Store"-->Click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscribe", select "Aiwit" to cancel the subscription.
6. If you do not close the automatic subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, it will be deemed that you have agreed to continue the authorization, and the subscription will be automatically renewed.
