11 months agothe app keep telling me I HAVE TO subscribe, it locks the app where I can't even delete my account and my PICS which I do not want you to have now. This is ridiculous, I want all my info removed!

1 year agoI CANCELLED The service at the end of November 2023.. Since then I was charged $32.09 in December, January 2024, and now AGAIN For February... I deleted and canceled through the app.. I need my full refund for an unused service that was canceled Months ago.. And I tried to see if I could still access the site in December since you charged me and it told me account had been deleted!!! So I am in need of a refund for those months. I've had to turn off access to my card because you all are still trying to take money out of my account SEVERAL times a day, for a service that has BEEN DEACTIVATED FOR MONTHS!! I would like the refund back to my account for the past charges.. AND STOP TRYING TO STEAL MORE MONEY!!!
