Deleting from Smartphone 📱
Delete on iPhone:
- On your homescreen, Tap and hold Proton Drive: Cloud Storage until it starts shaking.
- Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
- Click on that X to delete the Proton Drive: Cloud Storage app.
Delete on Android:
- Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
- Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
- Choose Proton Drive: Cloud Storage, » then click "Uninstall".

1 year agoWhy is 99% of my storage used? I purchased Proton VPN and all of a sudden my storage on the email has gone to the limit. I don't need to store anything. How do I find what ever is in my storage and how do I delete it all? Maybe I clicked on something in error transferring stuff to storage I do not need. Please help me resolve this or I will ask for a full refund on Proton VPN as it has destroyed the use of my email.
