Deleting from Smartphone 📱
1. Do you want to stay informed about the tens of thousands of charging points that are added? Enter your home address and work address, and you will receive a notification as soon as there is a new charging point nearby.
2. In the app you can see which charging points are available and what charging rate you pay there at that moment with your charging card and with your credit card.
3. Do you want to pay with your credit card? Link your credit card to the app, then you no longer need a charging card.
4. Press the Tap & Go button for the route + navigation to the charging point where you want to charge.
5. Do you want to know when a charging point will become available? Then set a notification for that charging point.
6. Our charging network InCharge has more than 85,000 charging points in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Sweden.
7. Find charging points quickly and easily within InCharge, one of the largest charging networks in Europe.
8. Fault at a charging point? Let us know quickly and easily via the app.
9. Log in and view all your charging sessions, in an overview or per charging session.
10. This way you know exactly where you charged, how much you charged and what you paid or will be invoiced.
11. Then we will send a technician as soon as possible.
