  1. The developer of Amaha is InnerHour and all inquiries must go to them.
  2. Check the Terms of Services and/or Privacy policy of InnerHour to know if they support self-serve account deletion:

Delete on iPhone:


  1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold Amaha: Mental Health Self-Care until it starts shaking.
  2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
  3. Click on that X to delete the Amaha: Mental Health Self-Care app.

Delete on Android:


  1. Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
  2. Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
  3. Choose Amaha: Mental Health Self-Care, » then click "Uninstall".
