Deleting from Smartphone 📱


Delete on iPhone:


  1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold Resident Portal Mobile until it starts shaking.
  2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
  3. Click on that X to delete the Resident Portal Mobile app.

Delete on Android:


  1. Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
  2. Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
  3. Choose Resident Portal Mobile, » then click "Uninstall".

1. The ResidentPortal app provides a convenient way to pay rent, submit maintenance orders with photos, and communicate with your apartment community all from your mobile phone.

2. • 3D Touch Support - Quickly pay rent, submit a maintenance request, or view your balance by tapping and holding the app icon.

3. Property settings include, but are not limited to, payment methods, payment days, full balance payment requirements, or maintenance request availability.

4. Residents have the ability to pay rent with a single tap, manage one-time or recurring rent payments and receive rent reminder push notifications with the app (see below for a list of key features).

5. • Pay by Voice - Allows you to quickly pay rent by searching 'Pay My Rent' from Spotlight Search and linking directly to the make payment screen in the app.
