Deleting from Smartphone 📱
Delete on iPhone:
- On your homescreen, Tap and hold Ritual - Order Local Takeout until it starts shaking.
- Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
- Click on that X to delete the Ritual - Order Local Takeout app.
Delete on Android:
- Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
- Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
- Choose Ritual - Order Local Takeout, » then click "Uninstall".

1 year agoHello, How can I cancel an order I put through Ritual? I didn't receive confirmation until two hours after my order, so I though the order didn't go through and I purchased direct. So the Ritual order didn't happen and I would like my payment refunded. Thanks, Paul P. S. It was for Grotto Pizza downtown Manhattan the morning of May 5, 2023. The order was for $162.26
